Prices for mosaic work vary greatly : some of the small table-tops are € 200, a wall mural €2000. The factors taken into account are these : the complexity of the overall design the complexity of the tiles used (some tiles need to be fired twice to achieve the effect required) the choice of colours (some glazes like purple are, per gramme, more expensive than gold) the size of the mosaic
